Our Acquiring team offers our customers the possibility to accept card payments directly in their Revolut Business account via API integration, website widgets, plugins with major e-commerce platforms, Payment Links and other solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Integration & API team is growing considerably and thus we are seeking Integration Specialists with strong technical and business skills to provide guidance & support related to our API products to our customers during their lifecycle/engagement with Revolut. Also, using the knowledge of customer needs, support with impactful ideas to improve our product and operations strategy to better meet customer needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE
Master Revolut’s integrations and APIs
Effective communication skills (English)
Offer excellent customer experience to our current and potential customers, while offering Revolut’s products and advising on solutions for their requirements
Planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end
Creating technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices.
Help optimize our product by working with the product team to address customer feedback and capture future needs.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Be a link between the support team and engineering team to review, solve, escalate customers issues and help improve the product experience for the customers.
Planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation together with our customers
Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users, partners, support & sales teams
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
4+ years of experience, with a strong technical generalist background
Minimum 1+ year of experience as Integration Engineer, Implementation support agent, Tech support agent into a payment provider company/acquirer (especially in a cutting edge company such as Stripe, Mollie, Braintree, Paypal, Checkout)
Customer relations/Customer support or Sales - at least 1 year of experience
Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking skills, and ability to think on your feet
Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
SQL - At least university experience
