We are looking for a Product Designer to join our smart and inspiring Product Team, who can help us in our mission to make guest communication and feedback simpler and more productive! You will work together with other designers to create intuitive interfaces that align with user needs and product requirements. Your Area of Influence:

    • Be part of the product team and work closely with Product Managers and other Designers to come up with intuitive user interfaces
    • Conduct research to understand your users and run regular tests to validate your designs and assumptions
    • Engage in collaborative exercises (e.g. user story mapping, user flows, design sprint workshops, …) to generate effective solutions
    • Rely on an iterative design process and be open to design critique and communication with multiple  stakeholders
    • Contribute to our existing design system and advocate for its usage in order to maintain visual consistency across our products
    • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure handover of design assets and proper implementation of your designs
    • Validate together with the Product Manager the success of the features being released and iterate based on feedback and usage metrics

Our Expectations of You:

    • Experience in digital product design with examples to prove it (e.g. case studies, articles, portfolio)
    • Good understanding of visual design, established interaction patterns and best practices for UX design
    • Experience conducting user research and usability tests to make data-informed decisions that lead to intuitive and easy to use interfaces
    • Ability to self-organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, by effectively communicating and prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with well established design tools like Figma, Invision, Sketch and Zeplin
    • Good communication skills to interact with different stakeholders and participate in customer interviews
    • Fluency in English
