Getaround connects safe, convenient, and affordable cars with people who need them to live and work. Our community includes guests who rely on our cars for on-demand mobility and hosts who share cars on our platform including those who operate their own car-sharing businesses.
Our connected car technology allows guests to book and unlock a wide variety of vehicles directly from our app without ever having to meet anyone in person, carry an access card, wait in line, or coordinate picking up keys. Cars are parked 22 hours a day on average. When we share cars, we don’t need as many on the road, which means fewer accidents, reduced traffic, and less space required for parking. Car sharing modernizes mobility by allowing people to connect multiple forms of efficient transportation for any type of use case.
Studies show that when car sharing is available, people drive less and drive vehicles more appropriate for their use case, which can reduce household carbon emissions by up to 40%. Also, shared cars are used more frequently and retired more quickly, accelerating the adoption of newer, more energy-efficient vehicles.
Getaround is looking for a Go-To-Market Coordinator to support our geographic expansion efforts and other projects focused on growing our marketplace. As the Go-To-Market Coordinator, you will coordinate initiatives with a cross-functional group of stakeholders while supporting & owning market launch-related processes. These processes will ensure smooth and timely market launches that position Getaround for sustainable, long-term growth. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in project/program management, stakeholder coordination, public speaking, working in a fast-paced environment, remote work, operations, process improvement, and a proven track record.
Reporting directly to the Go-To-Market Manager on the Demand Strategy team, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth startup and drive expansion efforts by collaborating with a dynamic and cross-functional group.

What you'll do:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to coordinate tasks, address roadblocks, and ultimately ensure timely launches
    • Track project tasks & action items, produce status reports and develop & present briefings as needed 
    • Maintain, improve, and create our launch-related processes, procedures, playbooks, and documentation 
    • Conduct analyses using Looker, Google Sheets, and other tools to identify key trends or opportunities in our operations, assess / map locations where we should expand our business, and evaluate / monitor performance
    • Perform retros/post-mortems to analyze completed launches and identify any areas for improvement
    • When not focused on launch, coordinate and/or execute other key cross-functional activities

What you'll need:

    • 2+ years experience in operations, coordination, or project management ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Strong operations, implementation, execution, and process improvement skills
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to drive decision-making through data
    • A confident and clear verbal and written communicator capable of speaking to diverse audiences with ease
    • Proactive, curious problem solver with a “can-do” attitude
    • Top-notch organizational skills with an ability to identify, balance, and action multiple priorities with extreme attention to detail
    • A genuine interest in growing a business and achieving tangible results
    • Phenomenal teammate with the ability to establish relationships with fellow colleagues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Relevant industry experience in marketplace business and planning is a plus
