TrustYou analyses hundreds of millions of hotel reviews and transforms this content into actionable insights for 1 Million+ hotels. This enables travel sites to improve the trip planning process and hotels to optimize their service and influence bookings on scale. 
We are looking for adventurers to join our smart and inspiring Business Development Team! As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for successfully growing our market presence. After the on-boarding phase you will start acquiring your own clients and introducing them to our great products.
You closely collaborate with experienced colleagues and together you will be accountable for the achievement of our strategic sales goals. You will be based in Munich (or home office based in Germany) to be part of our Business Development Team. As our ideal candidate, you come with proven  experience in sales and a performance oriented positive mindset. You convince us with your excellent communication skills and your strong will to outperform.

What challenges await you?

    • Active sales of our Suite of products to individual Hotels and Hotel chains in the allocated territory, UK, Ireland and the Scandics
    • Represent the TrustYou solutions to potential clients on the phone, in webinars and on site
    • Visit trade shows and participate in industry events
    • Generate qualified leads to ensure target sales and objectives are met across the assigned client base
    • Contract negotiation and -closure
    • Maintenance of our CRM system Salesforce

What Would Make You a Perfect Fit

    • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
    • 3-5 yrs sales experience (SaaS experience is an advantage)
    • Strong sales mindset with software affinity
    • Interest in software products and hospitality
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluent English skills in spoken and written
    • The personal qualities of a winner (as part of the team) – self-belief, energetic, persistence, confident decision maker
    • Flexibility and eagerness to work in a team of young aspiring professionals
