Trendyol is aiming to develop a world-class e-commerce platform and we are undertaking a multi-year
effort to achieve this goal. We are seeking entrepreneurial candidates to join a team, dedicated to
defining the customer experience for our international customers across domains in the supply chain.
You get to work in a high impact role, paving the way International expansion for Trendyol will shape up
in future. As a Sr. Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading all downstream delivery
related operations across the EU. You will deliver efficient MIS reporting, best in class delivery
experience and most optimal last mile logistics costs.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/Business Management/Mathematics or other quantitative discipline
    • MBA or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in logistics/transportation/last mile operations
    • 5+ years of experience in performing cost/benefit analysis/analyzing risk-reward trade-offs.
    • Experience driving decisions through data and analytics, utilizing tools such as Tableau and Excel
    • Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
    • Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
    • Ability to effectively work with remote teams across continents and deliver results. 
    • Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
    • Experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma and Project Management concepts and frameworks
    • Demonstrated creativity and judgment to develop solutions.
    • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
    • Demonstrate the ability to succeed: identifying problems and finding solutions,building/improving processes.
    • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines.


    • Owning the cost structure for Last Mile Delivery Operations while ensuring Best in Class Customer Experience
    • OTR operations, including service provider policies and trainings, requirements and restrictions, internal and external technology and tools
    • Setting up and communicating performance goals to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality
    • Proactively identifying and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools
    • Creating and disseminating new processes and policies as well as updates
    • Ensuring procedures are followed for safety, building security and product loss prevention
    • Develop internal processes to track transactions full-cycle, contract administration and the ability to organize and prioritize data and documents.
    • Have a desire to work with a start-up mentality in a constantly evolving business environment.
    • Track, measure and improve vehicle delivery experience of the delivery service partners
    • Track on-time deployments, see risks before they happen and ensure solutions are in place, while accounting for the flexibility needs of our fleet operations teams.
    • Working in a start-up or early stage environment where you will be defining best practice for your function.
