Oyster is looking to hire a Finance Operations Lead who will play a vital role in delivering a fantastic sales order process for our customers. Oyster is seeking candidates who have proven experience of successfully carrying out a complex invoicing process in a high growth, fluid environment. The candidate will be very competent in organizing multiple sources of data, have an eye for detail, and will be passionate about process improvement. At Oyster we are passionate about customer satisfaction; the invoicing process is a critical part of achieving this and as a result, the role will involve a high degree of cross-functional collaboration. The role suits a highly motivated candidate looking to develop their skills acquired to date and gain exposure to best-in-class operational processes. The role will report directly to the Senior Manager - Finance Operations.
