As SVP of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving rapid revenue growth in our Enterprise and Strategic Accounts segments.  As an expert in building and maturing upmarket sales organizations, you will recruit and develop senior sales leaders and sellers, work collaboratively across all functions of the company, and mature our selling capabilities to consistently create raving fans of Gong.  You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and be a key member of the leadership team responsible for Gong’s revenue.  


    • Full accountability and ownership for upmarket sales plan
    • Leading the upmarket organization, including Strategic, Enterprise, and Upmarket Inside Sales organization
    • Formulate and drive execution of strategic initiatives related to rapidly expanding our sales efforts into Gong’s largest prospects and customers
    • Increase average order size and number of million dollar accounts
    • Break into new markets and industries
    • Bring new products and services to market
    • Recruit and develop exceptional, diverse teams full of world-class talent
    • Exceptional in-deal support, especially in bringing value to executive-level prospects and customers
    • Inspire a large organization of sellers to the highest levels of engagement and a commitment to giving their best in the pursuit of our goals
    • Leverage experience, expertise and intelligence to innovate and push the envelope on how we operate; challenge conventional wisdom in the pursuit of continuous improvement
    • Lead with compassion and authenticity, connected to the team and deeply invested in people; a leader who loves to serve
    • Establish clarity and accountability around a set of metrics that define success
    • Exceptional cross-functional teammate to the other senior leaders in the company and valuable member of the Revenue Leadership team

    • 5+ years of success in the CRO and/or SVP role or equivalent title in an organization
    • Led organizations of at least hundreds of sellers and hundreds of millions in revenue15+ years of experience in sales leadership at top SaaS companies
    • Expertise in both new business sales and rapid expansion into the customer base through up-sell and cross-sell
    • Lead strategically, but also willing and able to get in the weeds
    • Fluent with data and confident in making data-driven decisions
    • Passion for the art and science of selling; expert in a wide variety of sales practices and methodologies; enablement-minded
    • Growing and scaling domestic and international sales with deep understanding of unique dynamics of different global markets and cultures
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
