Dataiku is looking for a UKNE Partnership Director ideally based in London to join our Global Partner Organisation. Since the launch of our company, we have experienced healthy growth and steady market demand. This is a new position due to rapid business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the team of Partner Go-To-Market Leads in the UK and Northern Europe, as well as directly managing the relationship with a few strategic partners in the UK.    
We’re looking for someone who can express passion about new technologies and the business benefits of AI and who can tie the value of Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) to the offers of our partners, from both a product and GTM perspective. 
The team will engage with ecosystem partners - system integrators, consulting firms, value-added resellers and complementary technology partners - at the executive and field levels to develop solution offerings that deliver value for our joint customers.  
Working directly with the EMEA VP, Partner GTM, this role will lead the Partner GTM function in the UK and Northern Europe to provide best-in-class experience to existing and new partners as well as grow the partner sourced and influenced business in the region. 
Dataiku is a fast-growing company with great momentum and the Partner GTM Director will need to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Implementation, and other departments to drive sustainable company growth.

You Might Be A Good Fit If You Have:

    • 5+ years experience in developing revenue-generating partner relationships, particularly with Global System Integrators
    • Experience in leading a teamStrong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach in customer/partner interactions
    • Strong ability to develop joint value propositions with partners and to cultivate champions within partner organizations
    • Ability to articulate competitive positioning and differentiation
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skillsDesire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change
    • Travel up to 30% (hopefully soon …)
