ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join us in Porto or remotely from Portugal. We've hired some of the most talented developers and designers that the world of tech has to offer, and we're keen to showcase their talent to the world - and that's where you come in.
In providing excellent service to our customers, we guarantee 24/7 coverage so this role will require working in rotating shifts. Sometimes this can be during the day, afternoon or night and sometimes on weekends. Although we do compensate for working night shifts, please consider this before applying.
