LOCATION: Anywhere in Mexico or South America.
As our Senior HRBP, you'll serve as an influential strategic partner to multiple business and functional leaders by challenging ideas and thought processes as well as providing strategic, integrated advice and direction on business issues with HR implications.

The role:

    • Partner with managers in strategic planning (trends and future vision) of the structure of positions, performance, attraction, and other HR subsystems;
    • Collaborate with leaders to improve relationships, build morale and increase productivity and decrease turnover;
    • Provide guidance on HR policy, monitor and work on the team sizing and succession; identify training needs for teams;
    • Support and mediate more complex conflicts that have greater scope, impact, or broader organizational developments;
    • Provide advice and support to employees and managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including; recruitment and selection, onboarding, induction, performance management, and employee relations, engagement and wellbeing;
    • Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to mid and senior level management supporting them on their own growth and development as well as the growth and development of their team;
    • Perform diagnosis of the attendance team, conduct feedback meetings with the team leader to whom offers assistance, structuring action plans for the development and improvement of people management;
    •  Be a senior point of contact and subject matter expert on complex employment cases and projects and provide HR related advice across the generalist range of the role.

You will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
    • 5+ years of experience as a BP preferred, plus previous experience in HR 
    • High knowledge of labor law (US, Canada or Brazil);
    • Knowledge of the development and engagement of people at an advanced level;
    • Advanced, fluent or native English skills.

    • Ability to analyze data and situations to intervene and influence the client towards success at an advanced level;
    • Negotiation skills and conflict mediation to generate a close and trusting relationship (win-win solutions) at an advanced level;
    • Willingness to be part of something big;
    • Being always aware of the most inspiring practices for people management in a remote / global company;
    • Fast learner;
    • Being able to build meaningful and trusting relationships;
    • Being organized to ensure efficiency in activities;
    • Well developed communication skills.
