Alictus is currently building the next generation of live-ops in the mobile gaming industry with the power of technology. In this process, the DevOps Engineer is responsible for implementing and setting up various development, testing, automation processes, and required infrastructure, monitoring and measuring KPIs, and working in regulation with industry-standard best practices in close coordination with the development and product teams.

What you will do day in and day out;

• You have one goal: Removing obstacles for team members in their workflow by designing, developing and maintaining automation, applications and components.
• Operate based on requirements of the team members and develop accordingly.
• Support and design engineering processes of the company.
• Implement unit and integration tests.

What do we expect from you?

• To know the Alictus’s internal processes as soon as possible.
• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
• Striving for continuous improvement and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Incidence management and root cause analysis.
• Coordination and communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Monitoring and measuring KPIs.

Technical Requirements;

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, or relevant fields
• 1+ years of professional experience in DevOps.
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.
• Expertise in operating mostly on Unix-like systems (i.e. Linux,MacOS) and scripting languages such as Shell, Python. 
• Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD processes with tools like Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Yaml. 
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills both in English and Turkish.
