If so, nice to meet you! We are Loadsmart and we have recently created a new Logistics Coordinator to help us optimize top talent at our growing company (we grew from 150 to 450 in the last 18 months) with a recent Series C of $90M. We are seeking innovative, agile, data-oriented Logistics Coordinator who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. 
You will support the Customer Success Leads through various tasks of a load’s lifecycle to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met.

What you get to do:

    • Assist with the rolling and rescheduling of appts
    • Assist with the processing of accessorials in a timely manner
    • Assist with Sales
    • Force email queues as needed to ensure a timely response to our customers
    • Assist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing

You have experience:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and customer facing 
    • Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness
    • Analytical skills and solution oriented mindset
    • Able to quickly assess and resolve issues
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Able to maintain a level head in high stress situations
    • High level of autonomy Curious mindset
