Regional HR Partners act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to a region/site’s leadership team. They are responsible for providing HR support for the region they support, and work closely with leaders and managers on a variety of issues, including: strategic workforce planning, capability evaluation and development planning, and site-specific culture development, among other things.

Regional HR Partners also work closely with their FBO/Functional HRBP peers and local leadership to design and deliver site-specific people initiatives and execute against site-specific program rollout and delivery.

In this role you'll get to:

• Be a strategic partner to site leaders on people matters including organizational design, structure, growth, and functioning of the site
• Be responsible for establishing a talent strategy for the regions that aligns with the overall people team and functional strategy
• Partner with local leaders in developing an approach on regional people topics such as engagement, team connectivity, onboarding, headcount growth/hiring, attrition
• Communicate with local leadership to local employees and managers on local/global initiatives, approach and strategy
• Partner with Global FBO HRPs on execution of global people initiatives, programs such as the annual performance reviews and compensation planning, manager/leadership development, employee engagement surveys, employee/manager coaching
• Analyze trends and metrics for the local organizations and work with local leadership and global people team functions on developing solutions, programs and policies
• Serve as a key expert, point of contact and adviser on local employment practices and compliance

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Significant work experience as an HR business partner
• Experience advising on a varied range of employee populations
• Strong skills in anticipating and identifying problems and use of good judgment and fact-based analysis to develop and deliver effective and efficient solutions
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and anchor the change management process for the relevant groups
• Ability to identify problems and opportunity areas, get alignment on the solutions, and execute the solutions independently
• Ability to build relationships with varied stakeholders, across different regions
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
• Deep HR knowledge for the European region, with experience working with at least two of the following countries: the Netherlands, Germany, France, the UK, and Poland
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional fluency in German and/or Polish strongly preferred
