Dataiku is looking for a Director of Partner Strategy & Programs to drive the development of our scale programs across our partner ecosystem, inclusive of consulting, cloud, ISV, reseller, and OEM partners.  Since the launch of our company in 2013, we have experienced healthy growth and strong market demand and are recognized as a leader in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Science and Machine Learning platforms. This role will have global responsibility for the development of key programs, operations, and business planning functions that support our partner strategy in alignment with our Product, Revenue, and Customer team objectives. We are looking to expand on our early momentum with partners to drive incremental recurring revenue for Dataiku and enhance our ability to service our growing customer base. 
This role requires a strong organizer, operator, and consensus-builder.  You will interface with dozens of senior stakeholders to align strategy, focus, and investment in this high-profile and global role.  As a direct report to the VP - Partner Strategy, Programs & Operations, part of the role is to build and measure partner programs that drive scale across the entire global partner team.  This is a heavy influence role with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization, the ability to identify and execute programs that drive mutual value is paramount.

In this role, you'll help the team with:

    • Collaborating partner team leadership and creating compelling partner programs that drive the partner’s desire to continue to invest in Dataiku’s growth and expand our market presence
    • Programs you will drive will include:  partner experience, partner communications, partner program tiering and benefits, partner GTM readiness, incentive programs
    • Collaborating with partner leadership to continuously improve the experience for core partner business processes, including: end-to-end partner lifecycle, from recruiting, to onboarding, to management, and offboarding
    • Delivering high quality, engaging partner-facing events and webinars
    • Liaising with Dataiku’s senior leadership and stakeholder teams to champion continued investment and focus into our partner program.
    • Building trust, credibility & relevance with Partner teams (both internal and external)
    • Ownership of the Dataiku partner journey across multiple engagement models/routes to market
    • Building and maintaining the long-range partner capacity forecast; monitoring capacity needs and surpluses, and recruiting new partners as appropriate

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

    • Have several years of enterprise software work experience with GTM strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar) and/or a top SI consulting firm. Preferred candidates will have a combination of technical consulting and operating experience
    • Ideally performed in a very similar role, with a similar remit/charter for an extended period and demonstrated sustained results
    • Are effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with and presenting to senior executives across various geographies and functions
    • Have strong, independent skills to deliver at the highest level with absolute discretion
    • Have experience working on large strategic initiatives from framing the problem, collecting user requirements and stories, building solutions, and conducting UAT with end users
    • Are a strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions
    • Have proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
    • Are willing to travel internationally as needed
