Are you a motivated self starter and continuous learner? We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done! You will support the People and Culture leader with evaluating key HR systems and processes in order to help Rock Content scale and grow more effectively utilizing HR technology. You will oversee a small team including 3 managers who are responsible for areas in compensation and benefits, analytics, communications, and workplace. You will also work collaboratively across the organization to ensure operational excellence and key partners will include Finance Biz Ops and IT.
