We are on the hunt for a Field Event Marketer to join the EMEA Marketing team. This person will help improve and operationalize our webinar and event strategy for driving awareness and demand, with augmented focus on our upmarket named accounts targets. They will be the EMEA resident Front expert for designing and executing successful virtual and in-person events and bespoke experiences, as well as lead the charge on Front’s presence at key industry events. The ideal candidate is a data and detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional program management and communication skills, and with a track record converting down-funnel sales opportunities from events.

What will you be doing?

    • Plan, produce, and execute virtual and/or in-person events and experiences that support the Sales team in creating opportunities with target accounts. 
    • Own our event sponsorship strategy and coordinate Front’s presence at industry events attended by our key personas.  
    • Collaborate with teammates to drive event attendance and post-event follow-up and conversion through engaging nurture programs.
    • Train GTM teams on content, processes, and workflows surrounding field events and programs.
    • Be responsible for attaining specific opportunity creation goals from events and other initiatives, on a quarterly basis.
    • Partner with marketing ops to measure the success of field marketing initiatives through key metrics such as MQLs, opportunities created, cost per lead, opportunity conversion, etc.
    • Manage direct mail strategy and GTM team enablement. 
    • Be the event expert and support the broader marketing team in designing and executing well-attended thought leadership and/or lead generation events (virtual and in-person, live and on-demand).

What skills & experience do you need?

    • 2-4 years of experience in a BtoB Demand Gen or BtoB Field Marketing role
    • Demonstrated track record fuelling SQL/SAO pipeline with growth and event marketing initiatives
    • Sales or business development experience is a plus
    • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other marketing automation tools
    • Experience using virtual event platforms such as Livestorm, ZoomWebinar, Hopin, Swapcards, etc
    • Experience with B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) preferred
    • Excellent project/program management skills
    • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues) and at all levels of an organization
    • Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around field marketing performance
