In this role, your main responsibility will be to help our globally distributed Content Team maintain our amazing content.  This will be done in a number of ways, including updating our training content based on customer feedback, as well as input from our content authors. We are looking for a person who is able to learn and move fast in a very global environment; the ideal candidate is passionate about Cloud and is keen to learn more about the technical aspects of Cloud services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working across different time zones, have perfect spoken and written English, and will be looking for an immersive operations role where he/she can show commitment to keeping our training content up-to-date. 
A background in content management, experience with video editing and HTML management and a passion for Cloud and software technologies are essential, as you will be required to identify outdated content and make the necessary changes to bring it up-to-date. 
You will find yourself working with engineers, subject matter experts and marketing experts to coordinate our content publication and management. This position is remote.  You will report to our Content Operations Lead.


    • Work with content authors and content producers to update and maintain training content on our platform
    • Ensure courses are up-to-date by updating links, checking transcripts and captions for accuracy, researching changes to content, editing the videos to ensure they are correct, and carrying out general maintenance of courses
    • Assist the assessments team with updating exams, checking for question accuracy, pertinence, and coherence
    • Manage our Content Library
    • Document issues and feature requests for the Product and Marketing teams
    • Work with the Support team to provide effective customer service


    • Working knowledge of one or more cloud technologies, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as programming experience, is a strong plus and preference
    • 1-2 years of experience working with digital content and digital properties in a content or operations function
    • Experience working with online content management systems
    • Experience with video editing, video workflow and Adobe Creative Suite applications
    • Experience working with HTML and inline editors
    • Perfect spoken and written English is a must for this position
    • Attention to detail - this role requires an attention to detail to succeed
    • Bias for action - we are looking for someone who is responsible and wants to own a critical function in our team
    • Experience working and communicating with engineers and technical owners would be beneficial
    • 2-5 years of experience working in an international environment and with distributed teams would be a very big advantage
