We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to support our team’s rapid growth.
Talent Acquisition’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Please note this is a fully remote role for a candidate who can be based anywhere in Europe.

What you might be doing:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers for hiring requests to determine selection criteria & create job postings
    • Support SwissBorg’s hiring needs by leading full-cycle recruitment, focusing on tech hires
    • Source diverse candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
    • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our ATS
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
    • Represent the company as a brand ambassador 
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

What you might bring:

    • Prior work experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or similar role 
    • Proven track record in scaling engineering departments 
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills 
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse / Lever)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
    • Strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies
    • Prior experience in fintech or financial services a strong plus
