We are looking for a People Operations Lead for EMEA based in Ireland, to be an integral part of the team that oversees operational functions of our People team in EMEA, and provide best in class support to our employees.
The main responsibilities include leading the People Ops Coordinators in Europe, and oversee compliance, regulations, and operations in the region, leading key projects for Hopin’s expansion in the region. Enabling a world-class remote onboarding and employee experience aligned with our hyper-growth in the region, creating and implementing new company policies, and maintaining internal HR systems. This role will require you to build strong partnerships with our Recruitment, Payroll, IT, Legal teams, as well as our external employment partners.
You will be the face of the People Operations team in Europe and will need to handle day-to-day employee queries, efficiently and with a friendly face.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for people and culture, an interest in operations, experience working with metrics, a good understanding of compliance in Europe, as well as relevant work experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up.
