Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
As a Senior Principal Product Manager on the Product Integrations team seconded to the TEAM Anywhere Initiative, you will work with engineering teams, designers, other product managers and, x-functional teams inside Atlassian to learn from our experiences internally, market trends externally around new ways of working and ultimately deliver new product(s) or solutions that help Atlassians and our customers unlock a better way of working.

In this role you'll get to:

    • Interview, evaluate and learn about how teams inside and outside of Atlassian are working in a remote/hybrid model, what products and rituals are successful and what new areas are emerging.
    • Drive and build product roadmap and delivery of a new re-imagined work product working with with cross-functional teams.
    • Drive execution in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication internally and with customers.
    • Bring a new product(s) to market with the strategic partners Atlassian is working with. You're passionate about collaborating with marketing and product teams.
    • Craft Atlassian’s product thinking around TEAM Anywhere “the product”, delivering for Atlassians and our customers

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

    • Experience in and desire to dig into the existing research, experiments and work being done within TEAM Anywhere and the industry at large around reimagined work.
    • Experience crafting and delivering stellar technical products. Deep knowledge of APIs and developer platforms is a plus.
    • Ability to manage complex internal and external partners and find creative solutions to high visibility product questions.
    • Outstanding track record with engineers, design and cross functional partners: people love to work with you!

It's great, but not required, if you have:

    • Passion delivering applications in one or more large cloud based workplace products, such as Slack, Microsoft teams, O365, GSuite, and the problems products are solving.
    • Experience investing in portfolio of products, and balancing trade-offs between them over time.
    • Experience in weighing build vs. buy opportunities to address opportunities.
