Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Manage a team of full-time and contract testers, based in the US and Ukraine. Your team will be working on a wide range of quality activities, including but not limited to: coaching developers, manual exploratory testing, kick-offs, blitzes, testing tools (e.g. automation). The scope of our QA team covers all Trello applications: including Web, Desktop, iOS and Android.

About you

    • You have extensive experience testing software applications—both manual and automated testing.
    • You have experience coaching testers and developers in how to improve the quality of their work, this includes leading teams and individuals to enable group testing and collaborative test plans.
    • You have people management experience, and enjoy the role as a manager and multiplier on the team.
    • You have experience defining holistic test strategies for large, complex applications.
    • You have experience with unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and building tooling to improve testing processes.
    • You have strong opinions on how to make the testing process as efficient and business cost-effective as possible.
    • You have experience leading change within engineering organizations.
    • You have experience measuring and tracking the effectiveness of quality methods.
