Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Atlassian's mission "to unleash the potential of every team" is the guiding light behind what we do. We are well known as the creators of products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Statuspage, and Trello that are used by thousands of teams worldwide in every aspect of teamwork.
Our IT Solutions portfolio consists of four products:
Jira Service Management
(JSM) empowers Dev and Ops teams to collaborate at high-velocity, so they can respond to business changes and rapidly deliver fantastic service experiences to employees and customers. JSM empowers every team, from IT to HR to Legal, to quickly set up a service desk, continuously adapt to scale needs and deliver outstanding service experiences without the complexity of traditional ITSM solutions. By connecting Dev and Ops, JSM accelerates critical development work, eliminates toil, and tracks changes with ease, with a complete audit trail for every change. In short, it enables high-velocity ITSM.
is a modern incident management platform for operating always-on services, empowering Dev & Ops teams to plan for service disruptions and stay in control during incidents. Opsgenie centralizes alerts, notifies the right people reliably, and enables them to collaborate and take rapid action. Opsgenie operates at five-nines availability and reliability is a vital consideration of every aspect of our software development process. We live and breathe reliability!
is a Jira-native configuration management database (CMDB) that helps teams gain complete visibility into infrastructure dependencies to efficiently manage assets, quickly troubleshoot incidents, and minimise the downstream impact of changes.
is a modern ticketing help desk that captures, tracks, and resolves employee requests directly in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
