The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group focused on acquiring, retaining, and building a world-class brand that resonates with both event creators and event goers. The Role
The Brand Studio Manager plays an essential role in bridging the gap between our internal and external partners and the Brand Studio team. You will directly manage a team of designers and clear the way for great creative to happen. You will provide project management support on a variety of programs ranging from high-level creator focused campaigns, to performance marketing asset development, all while creating efficiencies in our workflow. A successful candidate will be someone who understands how to effectively lead through uncertainty, supporting the team as they deliver high-quality work on tight timelines. Reporting to the Creative Director, this full-time role is based in Argentina with the option of working remotely.


    • Directly manage a team of six brand designers.
    • Own our Jira processes, constantly making adjustments to our workflow to ensure efficiency.
    • Manage inbound requests coming from our internal partners, supporting the designers as they take projects from start to finish.
    • Build bridges between the brand design team and cross-functional partners including Product, Finance, Comms, and Policy.

    • Fluency in English
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience managing teams
    • Detailed and efficiency driven
    • Comfortable in ambiguity and working on tight timelines
    • A true self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
