We're searching for an experienced Senior Product Designer/UX Designer to help execute on the vision and design direction. As a part of the overall IT solution, you will work in conjunction with other designers across IT Services practices, including Service Request management and Change management.

*6+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UX and UI Designer, ideally with software or complex web-based applications and e-commerce experience
*An eye for simple but powerful solutions: you can easily step into the customer's shoes with the enthusiasm to build phenomenal experiences
*Strong system and conceptual thinker: confident building models and complex user flows
*Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, a flexible and friendly approach to working in teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes
*Led design for a business-critical product or initiative and shipped products with significant improvements to the user's experience
*Experience in using unique design techniques to driving divergent thinking in partnership with product managers and engineering
*Launched impactful products by iteratively designing, testing and refining
*Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that product development and delivery is consistent with strategic and consumer insights
*Supported and helped others grow and develop their own craft
*Used and championed user-centered design methods and standard methodologies of research and design techniques, including service models, system maps, journey mapping, personas, task analysis, information architecture, prototyping, and usability testing
