Digital bank Revolut, valued at $33 billion in 2021, is building the world’s first truly global financial super-app. In 2015, Revolut launched in the UK offering money transfer and exchange. Today, more than 15 million customers around the world use dozens of Revolut’s innovative products to make more than 100 million transactions a month.

Revolut continues to grow and is entering India with a multi million pound investment in India over the next few years. Revolut India will look to introduce multiple digitally-enabled products across banking, cards and payments, foreign exchange remittances, investments and other financial services. We will help customers improve their financial health, give them more control, and connect people seamlessly across the world. 

Revolut does Operations differently. We sit at the very core of Revolut and facilitate growth and automation across all parts of the company. The team is responsible for taking key strategic and operational decisions always based on data. In the past, the Operations team: 

• Launched in various markets

• Launched Premium Accounts 

• Built payments & banking infrastructure 

• Launched one of the first banking chatbots 

• Saved Millions of pounds for the business

• Building the business from ground-up and prepare Revolut for growth in the territory

• Formulating and managing critical partnerships in India to launch products in the territory

• Executing and scaling operations and work with the London HQ on devising detailed play-books, product integrations and air-tight execution of Revolut products

• Strategy: Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly

• Product improvement: Proactively searching for new features to providing a seamless customer experience

• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms

• You have graduated with a STEM degree and have 4-9 years of experience in a similar position (hiring across levels)

• You have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top tech company and/or startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities or have major achievements 

• You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using tools such as SQL, Python or R

• You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact.

• You can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in 

• You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute 

You will be working with the India team on initiatives of strategic importance to the Indian territory, and report to the Head of Strategy & Operations in India directly. Please note that this is a remote role to be hired within the country & the candidates can be based in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Delhi NCR, where we will be opening our physical offices in India.
