We are Loadsmart and we are hiring a Senior Tech Recruiter to help us scale top talent teams at our growing company (we grew from 150 to 450 in the last 18 months) with a recent Series C of $90M. This critical position will work helping us grow our Engineering, Design and Product teams in Latin America. You will own the full recruitment cycle and ensure a positive candidate experience, while working closely with hiring managers.
LOCATION: This position can be remote anywhere in Latin America
What you get to do:
- Partnering with HR colleagues and hiring managers to develop creative recruitment strategies for open positions and in anticipation of future headcount planning needs
- Directly, pro-actively and effortlessly sourcing and evaluating candidate’s experience, skills, goals, and competencies to ensure a healthy recruiting funnel, time to fill, and an exceptional candidate experience
- Sourcing and creating different hiring strategies to attract top talent to Loadsmart
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of the positions. Meet with and advise them as needed in order to maximize each level of the recruitment cycle
- Meeting established hiring KPI’s and time-to-fill commitments
- Following-up with new hires, collect feedback and ensure a remarkable employee experience.
You have experience:
- Advanced English, being able to communicate written and verbally with native English speakers on a daily basis
- 2+ years of tech recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience with different sourcing tools
- Ability to connect and engage with different kinds of profiles
- Be a skilled interviewer, assessing technical and behavioral competencies
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
