We’re on the lookout for a Service Desk Engineer who will be a part of our global Workplace Technology team. Primarily, you will be providing technical support and solutions to answer queries and requests from the entire organization. The AtlasDesk Engineers not only aim to deliver the best technical support on a day to day basis, but they also have the opportunity to think creatively and pitch their own ideas to drive process improvement initiatives.

In this role:

    • You get to learn new systems and technologies
    • You will resolve customer issues and requests
    • You will collaborate with your local and inter-geo teams
    • You are expected to contribute ideas to improve processes and automation initiatives

On your first day, we'll expect that:

    • You possess a healthy balance of technical ability and passion for customer service
    • You have great communication skills - knowing how to translate complex, technical ideas to non-technical people
    • You have over 3 years experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support role
    • You have initiative, thirst for learning and "can-do" attitude
    • You're experienced with tools such as: Google Apps/G Suite administration, Active Directory administration and Unix commands
    • You're proficient with problem solving and analyzing the root cause of an issue.

It's also great if:

    • You have experience writing documentations and guides for all global teams
    • You are able to coordinate two factor authentication systems
    • You are familiar with Ticketing Systems
    • You have a background in supporting Mac systems, use of GitHub and Atlassian products
    • You have experience with software provisioning
    • You have an exposure with software vendor management
