About the Team
The Engineering team at Clari is an Agile shop that practices Scrum across all of our teams. We layer in coordination practices such as Big Room Planning to stay aligned with Clari’s KPIs quarterly across sites and teams. About the Role 
The Identity Platform team is chartered to build state-of-the-art, modern identity solutions for Clari’s suite of products. We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer with a passion for building great products to design and implement services, frameworks, and features that will improve the IAM experiences of users using Clari’s suite of products, from signing up and signing into the product to seamlessly transitioning between all Clari products with the right access controls and licenses. In this role, you will also play an active role in improving the performance, observability, and reliability of our systems as we rapidly scale our product and user base. You’ll also be contributing to cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders from multiple teams, including product management, customer support, and other engineering teams, to improve our products and processes.
You’ll have an opportunity to make a significant impact in Clari by building products of very high value to customers, evolving the technology stack to support the next phase of company growth, and by introducing and improving engineering tooling, best practices, and processes.  
This is a work-from-home or hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.

Responsibilities

    • Own and communicate testing of Clari products throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), from design to development through release in close collaboration with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
    • Build out test strategies and test plans
    • Design and perform functional testing, load testing, integration testing, API testing and end to end testing to verify product quality and release readiness.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure and product engineering teams to ensure automated testing is enabled and running efficiently
    • Monitor and fix daily regression tests
    • Work directly with customer support to help understand, diagnose and resolve production issues
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor, measure, and report on software quality, security, and delivery performance
    • Mentor junior test engineers on best engineering practices
    • Advocate and drive for a culture of high quality within Clari products

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience with various automation testing, including unit, functional, load, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
    • Experience creating test automation frameworks from ground up and running them at scale
    • Strong automation experience in testing REST APIs, big data using complex queries
    • Experience in Test frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, and RestAssured
    • Experience in testing tools like TestNG, Junit, etc.
    • Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
    • Solid understanding of CI/CD and SDLC concepts: code review best practices, code coverage analysis, continuous test and delivery
    • Exposure to microservices architecture
    • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • CRM/Enterprise software experience preferred
    • SaaS experience preferred
    • Knowledge of testing methodologies like Data driven testing preferred
