Your future team
You'll join a team that is passionate about building great software and delivering admin and end user experience for larger organizations. We challenge each other to improve, always asking difficult questions and pushing personal and professional growth. This team is focused on building features which help Enterprise admins to manage users easily and simplify large scale Trello adoption. This team is at the forefront of Trello and Atlassian growth in the Enterprise market.

What you'll do

    • You will focus on Enterprise customers. You'll work on the next level of admin and end user experience for Trello in larger organizations, with a goal of growing Trello adoption - through frictionless user management, smooth onboarding, simplified collaboration across teams using Trello.
    • You will inspire and lead your team by defining the most impactful opportunities within you area of ownership. You will work closely with your team every day to prioritize and deliver customer value. You will partner with Engineering manager and User experience designer to form a triad and lead your team to success together. You will drive alignment between various product groups and leadership.
    • You will be a valued member of a Commerce & Enterprise branch of Trello, reporting to a Group Product Manager, and will get exposure to a variety of opportunities to learn, grow and fast track your PM career.

Your background

    • 2+ years as a product manager, working on a B2B SaaS products
    • Customer empathy and advocacy - we put our customer first! Experience working with large customers directly, be it user interviews or supporting sales teams as a product expert.
    • Ability to prioritize opportunities, balance customers' needs with business needs, and clearly communicate the rationale behind decisions.
    • Track record of building relationships and influencing without authority - on your direct team, and with your cross-functional partners.
    • Good technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineering teams, knowledge of the key concepts and technologies of managing SaaS products in larger organizations.
    • Passion for building the products which help millions of people get organized and collaborative in a remote-first world!
