Do you love application security, stakeholder engagement, and uplifting programs and capabilities? We’re looking for a Security Testing Manager to lead our Security Testing program and help uplift the security of our products, platforms, and business units.

As the Security Testing Manager, you will be responsible for the Penetration Testing of our Products, Platforms, and Mergers and Acquisition Testing capabilities. You will lead others on a path that validates the state of Atlassian’s application and platform security, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and help them validate the security of their design and implementation.

We are a small focused group who is committed to protecting security of our customers and of Atlassian itself. We work both independently and in collaboration with development teams to provide security assurance of Atlassian products and platforms.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Worked in a penetration testing role
• Experience leading security teams or large projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong application security experience
• Experience with program development and uplift
• Affinity for growing teams and helping people succeed

It's great, but not required, if you have:

• Contributions to open source security or penetration testing tools
• Delivered industry presentations
• Experience operating in AWS
