Your future team
Our Research Operations team is a motley crew of people with backgrounds in research, library sciences, education, participant recruitment, finances, and technology. We deliver the operations needed to help a fast-growing research team and hundreds of Atlassians do customer research skilfully.
We're hiring a Research Participant Recruitment Administrator reporting to the Senior Research Participant Recruitment Lead. You're people-loving and organised and have a background in participant recruitment or support-oriented administrative roles. Here, you'll help a fast-growing team of researchers access people who want to take part in research for high-priority research projects, You'll offer Atlassians who do research participant recruitment support. You'll work with your team leader to help deliver the research participant recruitment strategy.

What you'll do

    • Find, screen, and schedule participants for high-priority research projects.
    • Administrative a service desk of requests for research participant recruitment.
    • Collaborate with researchers to help them meet their (sometimes tricky) participant recruitment needs.
    • Help the Senior Research Participant Recruitment Lead understand the demand of the service desk and what you need to succeed.
    • Use your unique skills to support Atlassians who do research with answers to common DIY participant recruitment questions.

Your background

    • 2+ years of experience in a participant recruitment role with experience in remote communications, scheduling, and screening.
    • Background in using spreadsheets (can perform complex functions).
    • Familiar with panel or customer relationship management tools.
    • Excellent administrative skills.
    • Passion for engaging with people, solving problems, and delivering an excellent service experience.
