We are in search of a Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for our Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering and Product Management teams. You will be responsible for executing against hiring targets to ensure our business is growing and our customers across the globe have the support they need. You will conduct intake meetings, manage priorities, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will report into our Talent Acquisition Manager and will work remotely.

What you'll do:

    • Full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering and Product teams.
    • Oversee the internal hiring process globally including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and offers.
    • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations in the US and internationally.
    • Source prospective candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
    • Build high-trust relationships with hiring managers and interviewers alike; communicate weekly progress updates to leadership.
    • Develop an understanding of the strategy, goals, processes, culture, and skill set needed for the engineering teams; use this knowledge to co-author job descriptions, craft recruitment strategies, and communicate with candidates.
    • Facilitate offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms. Perform reference checks. 
    • Maintain detailed records in our applicant tracking system. Use your keen attention to detail to become a trusted partner to internal People team partners to ensure reporting accuracy and a stellar new employee onboarding experience.
    • Full-cycle recruiting for ad hoc roles.

What we're looking for:

    • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting support role supporting tech focused client groups.
    • Experience working within strict timelines.
    • High touch philosophy with applicants, candidates, referrals and employees to ensure everyone involved with the hiring process has an excellent experience.
    • Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants. 
    • Knowledge of US labor laws.
    • Experience with the use of ATS (Lever) and HRIS systems.
    • Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to navigate competing priorities.
    • Comfortable making decisions independently.
    • You work with a sense of ownership and urgency, you’re curious in your work and demonstrate business acumen.
