As our first Director of Pricing and Packaging, you will define and own the pricing and packaging strategy for Front. You’ll be managing the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation of both pricing and packaging models to align to trends and customer needs across target industries. You’ll remain close to the monetization challenges the sales and customer success teams are encountering with new and existing customers. This leader will partner extensively with cross-functional groups across Customer Success, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
