The Marketing Web Team at 1Password looks after many aspects of 1Password digital properties, including the website, blog, support site, and other customer-facing elements, as well as internal tools.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager- Web Architect  to design, architect, develop, support, and continuously enhance 1Password’s digital properties and content delivery platform. In this role, you will oversee the overall web architecture, and serve as a liaison between the project manager and the development team. This position will architect and support the ongoing development of components, services, and applications.
This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

    • A builder who enjoy working in a modern tech stack and not afraid of getting their hands dirty
    • Experience with design and development of large complex systems; including requirements analysis, estimation, implementation, and testing
    • Deep understanding of user experience in digital product development
    • Thorough understanding of Modern Web Frameworks, responsive design, and architectural patterns
    • Experience in establishing a vision, roadmap, and measures of success (KPIs, OKRs, ROI) for digital products 
    • Deep web experience w/various technologies: Javascript (React.Js, Node.js), CSS, HTML, REST, JSON, Java
    • Working experience as a development team member in a rapid product and software development environment using Agile/Scrum.
    • 5+ years of modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Node) development experience
    • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
    • A team player who appreciates working together, solving problems, and iterating to become something better

What you can expect:

    • Architect full-stack, scalable, flexible, maintainable, web-based solutions to meet 1Password functional needs
    • Turn business ideas and concepts into system architecture diagrams and documentation, and work with developers to implement solutions
    • Proactively adopt innovative technologies that enable rapid delivery and help solve business and technical challenges
    • Use market research and customer data to pull insights from analytics and inform user experience and business stakeholders
    • Ensure best practices are utilized in delivering Reporting/Analytics, Data Management and Integration Solutions
    • Prototype, develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot in a multi-browser environment
    • Help in Integration with backend development team such as web services, XML, and HTTP Requirements
    • Perform peer code review and overall site QA
    • Work with DevOps and developers to ensure solutions and platforms are easily integrated and maintainable
    • Participate and prepare for contributions to ceremonies including (stand up, demo, backlog refinement, retros, planning)
