This opportunity is 100% remote but to help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Pacific Time Zone. This position reports to the Head of Applications.

The Sr Program Manager in IT GTM collaborates across IT and Atlassian to help our IT leaders and GTM teams solve organizational and teamwork problems to ensure autonomous, distributed, and thoughtful IT teams.
We are looking for someone to build a delightful experience for our Marketing platforms while collaborating with multiple partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Data Engineering to build and improve the digital experience for our customers.

What you'll do

    • You will be a trusted program partner to Atlassian's Sales ,Marketing & Customer Support business and technology teams that are driving the next series of revenue growth in the company.
    • Partner with upstream teams such as Data Science ,Data Engineering, Data & Analytics to deliver and improve a data-driven sales motion at scale.
    • You will use your experience to ensure that we deliver (on-time and on-budget) on our transformations to lead business value at scale to support Atlassian's unique go-to-market business model.
    • Partner with global peer delivery teams and manage change and adoption of main IT programs and services.
    • Proactively find and address risks associated with the program.
    • As an excellent communicator, you can connect with people all over the globe at various levels of seniority across IT and cross functional business teams.
    • You can handle an entire business problem and build solutions.
    • You can manage budgets for complex programs
    • You have the wisdom to know when to run with something on your own and when to ask for help and naturally balances the need for pragmatism and empathy, while being passionate about results
    • Strong foundational program management capability.

Your background

    • 8+ years experience in related fields of IT GTM operations, customer/partner enablement
    • Understanding of how a large scale business operates
    • Experience turning strategy into sophisticated, effective organizational programs
    • Demonstrated assignments that required autonomous problem solving, creativity, and innovation of systems
    • Experienced in agile development practices - roadmap planning, epics, user stories, backlog management.
    • Experience presenting program updates and plans to senior leadership.
