JOB DUTIES:
 
OWN AND DRIVE ANALYTICS PROJECTS END-TO-END UTILIZING PLATFORMS AND TOOLS SUCH AS TABLEAU, REDASH, DATABRICKS AND DB VISUALIZER. EVALUATE AND IDENTIFY ANALYTICS PROJECTS THAT WILL HELP DIFFERENT GROUP OF STAKEHOLDERS IN THE COMPANY ACHIEVE ITS SALES TARGET, OPERATIVE EFFECTIVELY AT AN OPTIMAL LEVEL AND ANY OTHER KEY OBJECTIVES ALIGNED WITH THE WIDER ATLASSIAN COMPANY. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO; DRIVING ALIGNMENT AROUND HOW BOOKINGS FOR PRODUCTS SHOULD AND CAN BE RECOGNIZED, MODELING THE CROSS-SELL RATE OF PRODUCTS WITH SYNERGY TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS FOR PRODUCT AND SALES TEAM, AND BUILDING A WHOLE SUITE OF BUSINESS METRICS FOR MANAGEMENT OF A SERVICE OFFERING (ENGAGEMENT TRENDS, SUPPORT RATIOS, CALCULATING DEAL ACCELERATION AND IMPACT OF SOLUTIONS ENGINEERING TEAM, PRODUCTIVITY MATRIXES OF SOLUTIONS ENGINEERS, IMPACT OF SOLUTIONS ENGINEERING TEAM ON ENTERPRISE SALES). ACT AS AN INDIVIDUAL OWNER AND DRIVER OF PROJECTS END-TO-END, STARTING WITH DRIVING CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION WITH DEAL DESK, FINANCE, REVENUE ACCOUNTING, DATA ENGINEERING, BUSINESS PROCESS TEAM, INTERNALLY WITHIN THE SALES STRATEGY ORG AND THE STAKEHOLDERS BEING SUPPORTED. PERFORM DATA WRANGLING, WORKING WITH DIFFERENT TEAMS TO ENSURE DATA IS AVAILABLE IN THE RESPECTIVE SYSTEMS, WRITING ETL JOBS, MAINTAINING THEM AND MAKING THESE ANALYSES ACCESSIBLE TO STAKEHOLDERS VIA REDASH OR TABLEAU. APPLY STRONG UNDERSTANDING, FAMILIARITY AND EXPERIENCE WITH SALESFORCE, SAAS MODEL AND LICENSING MODEL FRAMEWORK, IN ORDER TO DRIVE DELIVERABLES THAT WILL INVOLVE CAPTURING THE END-TO-END FUNNEL OF THE WHOLE SAAS SALES FUNNEL. SERVE AS A PROJECT AND BUSINESS OWNER WHO WILL NOT ONLY HAVE A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE SAAS BUSINESS MODEL; BUT ALSO BE EQUIPPED WITH STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS THROUGH JIRA PROJECT TICKETS, KANBAN BOARD.
 
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, COMMUNICATIONS, OR A RELATED FIELD PLUS 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH SAAS MODEL INCLUDING MARKETING METRICS, MARKETING OPERATIONS (MQL, SAL, SQL), SALES METRICS AND SALES OPERATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WITH DATA VISUALIZATION THROUGH TABLEAU, ADVANCED SQL, DATABRICKS, INCLUDING EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SUCCESS AND INNOVATION OF SERVICES PRODUCTS, IN ADDITION TO ENTERPRISE PRODUCTS.
