We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & CRM Lead to join our growing marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the growth strategy and execution for Superpedestrian across our North American and European markets. The ideal candidate will have experience driving the performance marketing and CRM strategies in a brand-led consumer facing company and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and ever changing environment. You will work cross functionally to promote the global marketing plan as well as local initiatives to our riders, generate return on investment and build our brand digitally and in real life. Furthermore, you will be working in Braze (CRM platform) to manage our customer lifecycle journeys so that we can build rider loyalty and revenue. This position is for someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen, is analytical yet entrepreneurial, with a focus on enabling business and maximizing ROI.

What you'll do:

    • Performance Marketing:
    • Optimize paid campaigns (app and web) on Google Play, App store, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Affiliate Platforms to improve performance at every step of the conversion funnel
    • Manage budget for digital campaigns
    • Understand the customer behaviors and competitive landscape
    • Monitor, optimize and scale marketing tactics across several digital channels
    • Help localize creative and content, with design, marketing associates and local ops teams
    • Collaborate with other key stakeholders to create project plans to implement action items by country
    • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Plan: contribute to strategic brainstorms on how Superpedestrian can better engage customers across their lifecycle stages, developing and building lifecycle and nurture canvases for riders globally
    • Create: Build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across email, push and in-app channels
    • Manage: Manage and execute campaigns according to Lifecycle prioritization, plus expansion playbooks for new city launches
    • Work with local teams to push local activations, in-person events, local cultural days or partnerships
    • Partner with internal marketing teams including design and content to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution
    • Build strong relationships with business intelligence to understand profitability metrics and collaborate on testing strategies for rider cohort (offers, promocodes, etc)
    • Analytics:
    • Work in METABASE and segment to build queries and dashboards to monitor campaign (both paid and organic) performance: clicks, rides, revenue by rider cohorts
    • In platform analytics work, understanding OR, CTR, and other marketing metrics to help guide the marketing strategy

What you’ll bring:

    • Qualifications:
    • +3 years of experience in digital marketing across multiple countries and/or accounts preferably within an agency
    • At least 2 years work experience with Braze, building canvases using unique promo codes and personalization to drive loyalty and decrease churn (other tools like iterable, onesignal, clever tap, segment are all valued)
    • Experience managing an advertising budget for app-install campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Play, App Store, and more
    • Ability to analyze data and find actionable insights
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure to meet quality, resources, and time constraints
    • Ability to work with design to build quality on-brand marketing communication material
    • The individual must be extremely motivated to learn more about growth marketing and to understand the Superpedestrian business model, customers, markets, competitors and translate those learnings into actionable insights
    • Languages (English Native and other European language is a nice to have (Germany, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish or Turkish)
    • Nice to have:
    • Experience working for a mobility company or in the shared (micro) mobility industry
    • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro)
