We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our Experience Foundations team to lead the mission of building reusable frontend components that can be leveraged to empower multiple products. Experience Foundations team’s charter is to design and develop full-stack core foundational services, experiences, and features that are common across different product areas in order to unify Clari and accelerate our pace of innovation, across all clients web, mobile and more.
We develop Enterprise SaaS products, fundamentally powered by AI and Analytics to transform the way track, forecast, and predict revenue. As part of the Experience Foundations team, you’ll have the opportunity to build shared, extensible components, and also generalize and unify the user experience of our products. As a Frontend Product Engineer we are looking for candidates ideally with experience in modern React, GraphQL, and charting libraries like D3.
We’re a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, backend, frontend, mobile, automation, and quality engineers to make Clari a better product. We’re looking for engineers that have a passion for building great products with simplicity, usability, scalability, and reliability in mind.
This is a work-from-home opportunity based in either the Vancouver or Toronto areas. Candidates must be based in one of those areas and have appropriate Canadian work authorization. We are unable to provide work authorization sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

    • Build reusable and sharable React components to accelerate the speed of building new product features
    • Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to understand the needs, and abstract shared core foundational services, experiences, and features
    • Produce high-quality results by leading or contributing heavily to large cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the business
    • Actively mentor engineers in the organization to help them grow

Qualifications

    • Strong technical background, including 5+ years of experience building SPAs with a frontend framework
    • Skilled in collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features in line with company goals
    • Strong communicator. Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers is no problem for you
    • Experience with full-stack development, front-end test frameworks (Jasmine/Mocha/Jest), Redux, SVG, D3, and GraphQL is a plus
    • Experience with building reusable frontend components or libraries is a plus
