Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Regional HR Partners are as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to a region/site’s leadership team. They are responsible for providing HR support for region they support and work closely with leaders and managers on a variety of issues including; strategic workforce planning, capability evaluation and development planning, and site-specific culture development, among other things.
Regional HR Partners also work closely with their FBO/Functional HRBP peers and local leadership to design and deliver site-specific people initiatives and execute against site-specific program rollout and delivery.
