We are looking for a team member with high EQ, communicative, and collaborative person to power ongoing reporting, and iterate on existing onboarding processes.
Please note this is a fully remote role for a candidate who can be based anywhere in European timezone.

What you might be doing:

    • Responsible for owning end to end logistics, scheduling, and all moving parts of our new hire onboarding process globally
    • Conduct new employee orientation for on-site and remote new hires
    • Manage the new hire feedback survey, including measurement and evaluating trends to use in identifying improvements to the program
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure best practices for new hire onboarding are being met
    • Participate in developing Employee Wellbeing programs
    • Nurture our Employee Handbook and answer employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, employment practices, payroll, and basic HR administration
    • Administer SwissBorg’s HRIS and suggest improvements in order to optimise the workflow
    • Act as a project manager on various People Operations initiatives as bandwidth allows and business needs arise

What you might bring:

    • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Demonstrate positive influencing and collaboration with others Reliable with a strong team spirit and good communication skills
    • Experience in a fast paced environment is an advantage
