The Advocacy Operations Support Team is looking for a Training Specialist who will be an advocate of growth. This person will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, creating and updating materials, and championing development programs to all Customer Advocates.
The team is scaling really fast, and we are on the hunt for someone to help us drive our key initiatives. This is a good opportunity to be part of a global team of brand champions and problem-solving gurus who live and breathe our flagship products every single day.

In this role:

    • You are going to facilitate onboarding of new hires, as well as training and imparting new skills and knowledge that seek to improve efficiency and productivity
    • You will be creating and designing content, maintaining all training materials and making sure that they are updated and accurate
    • You will assess the trainees' skills, talents, and performance, and work with leaders and SMEs to build balanced, scalable training materials. You will coordinate training sessions, and track and report results
    • You are to suggest improvements and continuously research the best training practices and new discoveries in the field
    • You will identify future training needs and build curriculum to facilitate that training

On your first day, we will expect that:

    • You possess experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role looking after training sessions and crafting learning modules
    • You have a strong passion for training and development, and proven engaging public speaking and facilitation skills
    • You are highly skilled in relationship building, mentoring and identifying the needs of the learner

It's also great if:

    • You have experience crafting and improving processes in a matrixed organization
    • You are familiar with Atlassian products
