We're looking for a People Specialist to provide the greatest support to our employees ☂️ Someone who'll ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of practice on compensation and benefits issues. What you’ll be doing
• Leveraging knowledge on market practice and trends to support business goals and ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of practice on compensation and benefits issues
• Leading the annual benefit policy lifecycle, including negotiation with vendors and internal implementation
• Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submission and salary reviews
• Reviewing and updating compensation and benefits-related procedures, policies and data repositories as needed
• Supporting the implementation of new compensation and benefits policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance on a global basis
• Actively supporting other Compensation and Rewards team members on ad-hoc Rewards projects and initiatives
What you'll need
• 2-3 years of relative corporate or consulting experience in areas such as Rewards or HR
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills
• Ability to address issues / devise solutions with creativity and innovation
• Ability to work collaboratively and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external clients and colleagues
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controls
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have
• Start-up / Tech Industry / Financial Services experience
• CIPD Qualification
• Experience in a MNC / international team
• Working knowledge of local employment law and HR Practices
