Superpedestrian is hiring for a Regional Manager in EMEA. Your role will be to ensure the success of our markets via hands-on support for our on the ground teams. You are a strong leader with a deeply analytical mindset. You are constantly looking to innovate and believe in your core that good ideas come from everywhere.

What You'll Do:

    • Oversee all aspects of our operations.
    • Be held accountable for market performance KPIs and P&L management.
    • Ensure fleets are healthy and we are maximizing the usage of our devices.
    • Drive compliance to standard operating procedures in markets to ensure consistent fleet management.
    • Provide inputs into developing SOPs that will help drive down costs and improve market performance.
    • Work with local teams to create deployment strategies that maximize revenues.
    • Ensure adherence to market-specific SLAs.
    • Manage and support market-specific Operations Managers.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product feedback, user trends, and launches of programs, among other topics.
    • Build relationships and negotiate contracts with fleet management partners. Liaise with local governments and community stakeholders under the leadership of the policy team.
    • Engage and maintain excellent relationships with Cities and Regulators and local support to prepare and win upcoming tenders.
    • Ensuring local market insights & expertise are shared.
    • Support regional expansion.
    • Work with ops leadership to regularly forecast and set goals for the market.

What You'll Bring:

    • Excited about taking unstructured business problems and building solutions and tools to address them.
    • Deep experience with project management and cross-functionally to accomplish broad strategic goals.
    • Identify ways to bring improvement to existing business processes to optimize cost while increasing performance.
    • Experienced in building and/or leading teams successfully.
    • Able to interpret data and use it to drive alignment with key stakeholders.
    • Flexible, curious, and generally well-versed in working in an early startup.
