As Project Manager Enterprise Services you are responsible to handle, own and drive onboardings as well as technical projects for our midsize to large hotel chain clients. You will report to our Team Lead Enterprise Services and closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our clients successfully manage their online reputation using TrustYou’s products. 
As our ideal candidate you come with a strong background in process and project management, technical understanding and excellent organization skills. You convince us with outstanding communication skills and a methodical and structured working style. You are attentive to detail, able to cope well in a fast paced environment and have a hands-on mentality.

Your Area of Influence:

    • Rollout & Integration Management:
    • Handle the complete onboarding and rollout process for large hotel chains from start to end
    • Coordinate and support all technical integrations (e.g. API or Property Management System integration)
    • Guide customers smoothly through the whole onboarding / integration experience
    • Provide excellent pre-sales support to our Sales teams
    • Implement our standard processes and set-ups in all your projects
    • Support Key Account managers with technical customer projects 
    • Consult Sales teams through excellent knowledge of the TrustYou platform
    • Project Management:
    • Define & agree upon scope, schedule and budget of the project with different stakeholders (internal & external)
    • Gather, prioritize and structure all requirements and technical specifications
    • Create and maintain project plansCoordinate all project deliverables with all stakeholders (internal & external)
    • Proactively follow up on open items with different stakeholders (internal & external)
    • Organize, prepare and lead project meetings & calls
    • Ensure project documentation, track project changes & share with all stakeholders
    • Manage escalations and resolve project issues
    • Project Communication:
    • Establish a shared vision of the project and objectives among all parties
    • Establish a clear and transparent project communication with all stakeholders
    • Manage customer expectations
    • Develop close working relationships with client stakeholders and with internal teams (Engineering, KAM, Customer Support, Sales, …)
    • Process Management:
    • Streamline new/existing processes
    • Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedure documents

Our Expectations of You:

    • Willingness to take ownership for project results
    • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively, previous project management experience is a plus
    • Ability to negotiate with, influence and build consensus with diverse groups & stakeholders
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel or Google Sheets)
    • Knowledge of diverse Project Management tools highly recommended (Confluence, Jira, Miro, Trello, TeamGantt, Salesforce …)
    • Distinctive technical understanding and affinity
    • Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues and clients
    • Proactive in driving cross-functional teams to action
    • Solution-oriented, pragmatic and creative in identifying new approaches
    • Fluent in English, French or German are a plus
    • A background in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
    • The position is remote-friendly. Possibility of traveling to our office once-in-a-while is a plus
