The Talent team at Dataiku is growing to meet the demands of our hiring goals in 2022 and beyond! As a result, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled recruiting professional to join us as Recruiting Lead for our Asia-Pacific region. 
Reporting to the VP Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for helping to shape our APJ recruiting strategy as we continue to grow our presence across the region. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who thrives on creative solutions, and who understands the complexities and nuances of working across a variety of countries and cultures. 

What you get to do in this role:

    • Lead, develop and inspire a team of recruiters in Dataiku’s dynamic and ever evolving environment, setting goals for the team and providing the guidance and support to reach objectives together.
    • Build and cultivate relationships with regional business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent acquisition strategy and create measurable business impact.
    • Design and execute on an APJ hiring strategy to support our commercial and GTM teams in their continued expansion.
    • Work closely with recruiting leadership to review, design and implement the foundations for an efficient, effective and scalable recruiting organisation.
    • Analyse dashboards, scorecards and metrics to optimise team efforts, identify and remedy potential risks and share insights with leaders that help inform talent-related activities and decisions.
    • Continue the focus on diversity hiring and improving the quality of our hires.

This could potentially be the right role for you if you:

    • Have experience leading and developing a recently formed, high-performing, talent acquisition team.
    • Are experienced in developing trusted relationships with your internal clients to understand and partner with them on their long term business objectives.
    • Understand the nuances of the different APJ markets, including dynamics of the talent market and complexities of hiring in the different jurisdictions.
    • Have a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring good governance in your team’s application of recruiting tools and systems, and increasing the consistency and quality of reporting to provide clear insight into the function.
    • Are a collaborative team player who understands the importance of developing close relationships across the various HR and operations functions. 
    • Have previous experience working for a fast-moving technology company, including supporting the implementation of new processes, tools and systems (knowledge of Workday and/or Greenhouse would be an asset).
